How did you get your initial start in music?
Playing at a junior school music class aged 8. It kept the class quiet so the teacher kept inviting me back.

Bob Dylan, Gil Scot Heron, Jimi Hendrix, Prince. All great role models in their own right

Where are you based and what’s your local scene like? Any favourite venues?
Brighton. I like the Brunswick, the Prince Albert and All Saints Church as venues . All good love sounds. I went to see Nessi Gomes at St Peters church , Sussex two weeks ago, just before her album launch. Wonderful show Nessi and good luck with the album !
Who else can you recommend from your local scene for people to have a listen to?
Nessi although she tours a lot.
