photo4

How did you get your initial start in music?

I started to learn accordion at age of 6 and graduated from musical school, but real passion to music came later. The music, which inspired me to learn how to play guitar was power metal bands Blind Guardian and Helloween.

What would be your ultimate aim in the industry?

To write music that  inspire people, that catch their minds and give them joy, hope or relax.

How long have you been writing your own music?

I’m writing my own music for 15 years. My music changed significantly through this years, but the more you write a better your music is, so, I think my latest album is a really worth to be heard

Who are your top three influences and why?

In Flames, Meshuggah and Paradise Lost, yes, this bands and instrumental rock are as like as chalk and cheese, but I used to listen this bands for a long time and they are inspired me for a lot of my own songs.

Is there anything you would like people to know about your current release?

My current contains a different songs that I have wrote during 3 years. They are really different by the mood, because of a real difference of a things that inspired me, it were a really perfect nature views from hiking in mountains, camping on a lake, night city lights and street view at sunny weekend morning.

Where are you based and what’s your local scene like? Any favourite venues?

I’m from Kyiv, Ukraine. Our local scene is not so strong as West Europe or UK, but has, also, some nice bands 9see below). I am focused on studio work right now, so, can’t tell a lot about venues.

Who else can you recommend from your local scene for people to have a listen to?

Joncofy, Stoned Jesus, Space of Variations, Raventale
